| March 12, 2002 North American Arms, Inc. 2150 South 950 East Provo, UT 84606 Attn: Mr. Ken Friel RE: Test Data Dear Mr. Friel Sir, as you know we have been using one of your Guardian 380 ACP's in our ammunition testing program for the past few months. We sent you a progress report 1/28/02 when we were near 4,000 rounds, we now have reached 10,000 rounds and have set the gun down (i.e. Started using other firearms to test the production of our 380 ACP). I'm very pleased, impressed, and astounded by the guns performance. We have not had a failure to feed / fire / or eject in over 10,000 rounds. It has performed flawlessly. This firearm will continue to be used in our test program, however, not at the same rate (400 to 600 rounds per day) we were using. I just want to see what the number of rounds it will require to break down this amazing little firearm. Simply amazing, we don't have another 380 ACP in our test inventory that has reached or even come close to this .performance level. Accuracy is still averaging less than 2.0 inches at 36 feet, velocity has averaged .1635 fps for the 10,000 rounds. (It looks like it will make over 20,000 with no problems!) Sir, the firearm has so impressed me with it's reliable and dependable performance I now carry one and plan to get one for my wife, daughter and daughter-in-law, who are the most important people in the world to me and who I want to have the very, very best available. Your company is making the best personal protection gun right out of the box available at this time. Also, please note that your 32 ACP Guardian has past the 10,000 round mark as well in our testing, with no problems other than a broken grip panel. Thanks for manufacturing such fine designs. It's the only small gun we will recommend, period! Sincerely, ![]() Roscoe Stoker CEO / RBCD Performance Plus Ammunition ![]() |
