TAMPA, Fl….Sandy Chisholm, President & CEO of North American Arms, Inc. of Provo, Utah presented General Tommy Franks (Ret.) and his wife Mrs. Catherine Franks with two highly-customized .380 ACP caliber Guardian pistols on Thursday Nov. 30th in the General's Tampa FL office. Mr. Chisholm said, "we are honored to present these pistols as a small token of appreciation of the fantastic job that General Franks preformed in both Afghanistan and Iraq. Tommy Franks is an original American hero and my staff at North American Arms is proud of what he accomplished", Chisholm added.

     The pistol for Gen. Franks has four stars on the slide in 24K gold plate with 6 faceted 2 pt diamonds set in white 18K gold alternating with the stars. The serial number has the General's initials and his date of birth. Mrs. Franks matching pistol also came with 24K Gold plating in the stars has faceted "top red" 2 pt rubies between the stars and her serial number has her initials and their marriage date. The opposite side of the slide includes an engraved and gilded logo of CENTCOM. Baron Technology Inc. of Trumbull, Ct. donated their hand engraved scrollwork and the gems were donated from Signity of Texas
