How ironic that President Obama is richer than most Americans, but doesn't draw the line for higher taxes for millionaires under his income such that he'd pay more taxes. He doesn't qualify for the Buffet Rule. He wants to KEEP his money. AND yet--he paid just about 5% higher than Romney in taxes, still quite low, and he refuses to "kick in more taxes" to show support for his tax plan on the rich. What is even more interesting is that Michelle Obama recently admitted in an interview that before the Presidential Election they were living in an apartment and both her and Barack had cars that were ten plus years old. He won the election and now he is unbelievably wealthy.....gee, go figure. G.W. is about where he was before being Prez and so was Ronny!.....but ole Barry for some reason has gained immense wealth, how does that happen when you are only making what....$150,000? What you people do not understand is that winning the Presidential election is an INSTANT trail of parties. Look at our history and see, even back as far as just after the Civil War we have had nothing but "Fundraisers"! These are huge parties to raise money to continue what had just been established! Both Parties have practiced this forever but I feel a wind of change in Washington where large amounts of money blown into members of Congresses' pockets being how Legislation finds itself enacted is soon going to be a thing of the past! The American people are fed up and sick of their dollars being spent ineptly and their voices being misrepresented and I think we are about to see a massive declaration of said corruption changed.... Five years from now the word "Obama" will be used for nothing more than jokes by creative comics! I truly believe hat the common sense of the average American citizen has been brought to a tiresome end and we are literally ALL sick of Politicians promising things that we all know are not going to happen. .....I see a wind of change! I am not exactly sure of how but this, that we have now is a joke and the entire world is laughing at us. The American people are far to proud to perpetuate this ridiculousness.....Obama will go and so will all of the ridiculousness that got him where he is! THIS can be the only savior of the world as we know it..... I feel like a Doomsdayer but it is so freking obvious! | ||

Many people depend on Osamabama handouts. Many more are looking foward to the increased handouts (obamacare & others) he's promised. Many of the American people don't give a rats arse how much how much others are taxed. Or how the tax money is wasted. Why should they? (49% pay no tax) Many will believe that the only reason he hasn't given them the paridise he promised is because of Republican congressmen, racists, the evil rich, etc. (that damned Bush!) Soooo, I'm hopeing for change. But not confident we will see the last of "the beloved leader". | ||

The thing is that many people who are dependent on those hand outs do not admit to themselves they are dependent on hand outs. Decreased taxes sound good because they think they will get more back never considering they get more than 100% of what they pay in back and are, by definition, getting those handouts. I have had people explain to me that the food stamps they get they pay for in taxes despite the fact they pay less than 0% taxes. | ||
