Wonder what our Unitarian friends will think of the "Favorite Post" column on the right side of the page. . . 'The Gaystapo wants to have Christians arrested' at your frontporchpolitics.com web site about BHO's new army. As you know the majority of their membership is gay. Liz, Choppers said that he has cell phone videos of BHO's army training also. Wish he would post them. Maybe we should vote Obama out of office ASAP. |

Others are aware of your comments, now that you've come out of the closet. And you must admit it is your vulgarity and "HAPPY" comments that has brought this subject into our conversation. Did you not notice the other "GAYSTAPO" articles on the right side of the page Liz recommended in the first comment at the top of this page ? Why don't you ask her about that ? Of course, you can make the gay subject about you if you wish instead of the intended subjects of this page. |

Believe what you want. BHO SAID it. You don't believe your own man? A team of doctors DOES NOT need 450 million rounds of ammo. However, a private force of 100,000..... to get just a basic handgun training course takes at least 1000 rounds per person. That is 100,000,000 rounds just for starters. You are one that either knows about it and is part of the denial, but more likely just cannot believe your guy will do what he says he is going to do, and the evidence is that that he IS doing. It does not matter what either of us believe anyway. What matters will be what happens based on which of us is correct. Only time will tell that. |

Pegger, what part of IT IS IN THE HEALTH CARE BILL do you not get? If you don't believe me go and read it for yourself. I promise you it is in there, I have read it myself and every time I do I can not believe what I am reading. He has an Army, answerable ONLY to him, appointed by him and if you refuse appointment you go right to Leavenworth! Your fact check is WRONG!!! If you are too lazy to go and find it for yourself, which I will assume, here it is for you to read! SEC. 5210. ESTABLISHING A READY RESERVE CORPS. Section 203 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 204) is amended to read as follows: SEC. 203. COMMISSIONED CORPS AND READY RESERVE CORPS. (a) ESTABLISHMENT– (1) IN GENERAL.–here shall be in the Service a commissioned Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps for service in time of national emergency. (2) REQUIREMENT.–All commissioned officers shall be citizens of the United States and shall be appointed without regard to the civil-service laws and compensated without regard to the Classification Act 2 of 1923, as amended. (3) APPOINTMENT.–Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall be appointed by the President and commissioned officers of the Regular Corps shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate. (4) ACTIVE DUTY.–Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall at all times be subject to call to active duty by the Surgeon General, including active duty for the purpose of training (5) WARRANT OFFICERS.–Warrant officers may be appointed to the Service for the purpose of providing support to the health and delivery systems maintained by the Service and any warrant officer appointed to the Service shall be considered for purposes of this Act and title 37, United States Code, to be a commissioned officer within the Commissioned Corps of the Service. (b) ASSIMILATING RESERVE CORP OFFICERS INTO THE REGULAR CORPS.—Effective on the date of enactment of the Affordable Health Choices Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps. [Note here that those personally appointed by BO -- without advice and consent of the Senate -- automatically become a part of the Regular Corps. Ed.] (c) PURPOSE AND USE OF READY RESERVE.– (1) PURPOSE.–The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions. (2) USES.–The Ready Reserve Corps shall– (A) participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps; (B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel; (C) be available for backfilling critical positions left vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and (D) be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically underserved communities (as defined in section 399SS) to improve access to health services. (d) FUNDING.—For the purpose of carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Commissioned Corps under this section, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to the Office of the Surgeon General for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014. Funds appropriated under this subsection shall be used for recruitment and training of Commissioned Corps Officers. How many of you, dear readers, were aware of the fact that the health care bill created another army? |

Just an FYI there is already a commissioned corps of uniformed health workers its called the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. Those are some really nice people and they regularly perform medical duties for us Coasties. I think you all are reading the health care bill from an angle that is not entirely true. When people read "corps" or "commissioned" they think an army is being created but that is not always true, example peace corps, army corps of engineers etc, etc. What is written above is to rally a corps of medical officers, helpers, and health professionals whenever there is an emergency under the "guidance" of the surgeon general (not an actual general). -Satchel |

One of the pharmacists I work with is a retiree from that service, and it is considered by them to a military service, and they are veterans after their service, eligible to receive veteran benefits from the VA, and do. Many people do not even know about that branch of uniformed military. BHO SPECIFICALLY indicated this was to be separate from the military and a NEW organization. |

What "Satchel" says is true. The USPHS does exist, and they do wear (IMHO) comical uniforms. Sorta like wannabee Navy officers. (maybe they get medals for killing a virus) There is however nothing in the healthcare bill that says exactly how the "ready reserve" that is created by it is to be used. I would assume for emergancy medical care. But it is of some concern that this is not clearly stated. Are there really funds allocated for ammo? If so I would wonder why? I think local police/NG troops/or regular Army troops would be sufficent to protect the USPHS personell if they needed protection. But so far I have seen no evidence of this other then rumor. |

450 million rds of pistol ammo for non-military use? OK, but what does this have to do with the USPHS? Alot of Govt. agencys use pistol ammo FBI,ATF,DEA,CIA,DIA. All the other alphabet soup agencys. Even the Dept. of agriculture has a security force. I ain't sure WHY, but they do.(killer tomatos maybe) I'd want to see a ammo allocation in the USPHS budget before I buy a "brown shirt" theory. |

NO! .40 caliber ammo is not Military or Police. The ammo was purchased by Homeland Security...FOR WHAT! Who uses .40 cal hollow points????? There are also not that many different guns that eat this stuff. Likely Glocks but for what? What "Force" uses .40 cal? http://www.theblaze.com/stories/why-is-homeland-security-buying-450-million-rounds-of-hollow-point-bullets/ http://www.webpronews.com/dhs-purchases-450-million-hollow-point-bullets-2012-03 http://www.naaminis.com/discus/messages/27213/39766.html?1333325119 |

40 S&W is the most popular round in law enforcement in the USA today. It is the standard round of US Govt law enforcement. CIA and FBI are NOT under homeland security, but the Govt will no doubt buy the guns for BHO's secret police on Gov't contract that is mostly SIG with a few others mixed in. EVERYONE uses hollow points, and in this case Glenn Beck has been hollering about agencies not using hollow point ammo for training and he is just wrong. FMJ is not any cheaper, and the trend today is to train with what you carry. EVERYONE USES 40!!!!! |

As far as the ammo thing goes I really don't see this as unusual as the government has made such purchases before for its federal officers. The Department of Homeland Security includes the Coast Guard, Customs and Border Patrol, Secret Service, FEMA(not armed), TSA, Immigration and Customs, and others. With the services I just listed those officers would need ammo in order to train and be properly outfitted when conducting their duties. There could be some dastardly plan that BHO is cooking up but I just don't see it regarding all the info in this thread. I am not saying anybody is wrong but I wouldn't loose any sleep over this. |

Those clowns in the second video look like a bunch of pussies that got into trouble for spray painting brick walls with their pants hanging half off their asses. How could anybody take somebody like that seriously? Im not saying B"n****r"O doesnt have an army of thugs from the ghetto ready at his command but come on, seriously? The guy had a basketball court built in the White House. For all we know his army could be an extension of the Harlem Globetrotters. lol |

So I was gonna stay completely out of this one because as Louie stated above it doesn't matter what any of us believe only what is going to be the result of what is happening. Then I went and watched the videos on the link. I just had to stop by and ask if you guys thought those fruitcakes in the second video were the ones that were gonna stop by my house and grab my guns? Do you think they will point their glock at me sideways to just like the rest of the fruitcakes out here in LA? I'm only asking so I know what to watch for you know I wanna be able to see 'em coming ;).... |
