Accessory Shipping Information
All orders
are shipped via US Mail w/delivery confirmation
unless you request 2nd Day or
overnight services.
NAA is only able to track orders shipped via UPS.
We cannot track US Mail deliveries.
Delivery confirmation provides a
pick-up scan and
then a delivery scan with no information provided in
transit.
NAA order day closes at
11am MST in order to
process 2nd Day and overnight requests. Any
order
placed after 11am will be shipped the next business day.
US Mail
($7.00) - please allow five to ten business days for delivery.
UPS 2nd
day ($15.00)- 2nd business day after the order is processed.
UPS Overnight
($25.00)- next business day after order is processed.
NAA triesto update back
order status daily. However, NAA will not guarantee
that any item is in stock
when ordering via the internet.
The changes to the internet may not be made
in time to reflect your order.
Please call NAA at 1-800-821-5783 to verify
availabilty of any item.
RETURNS:
NAA can only process refunds on returns that are sent back to the factory within 90 days.
NAA can only refund to a credit/debit card. If you paid with check or money order, please call for instructions.
We will only accept exchanges within 120 days.
